GO2Vent®

The GO2VENT^® (Gas Operated Ventilator) is the newest version of the VORTRAN Medical single-patient/multiple-use ventilator.

It provides “hands-free” ventilator support via a secure airway using a continuous gas source for up to 30 days. The GO2VENT^® device can be operated on a compressor, oxygen or air with a minimum of 10 litres per minute flow rates. Since it does not require the use of electricity or batteries, it is an ideal backup ventilator for the management of difficult situations such as, mass casualties, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, major power outages and is the perfect solution for transportation needs, whether in or out of the hospital.

APM-Plus™

The APM-Plus^™ is a battery-operated (2 x AA), portable, self-contained device that is connected to the patient via the connection kit to monitor the airway characteristics of patients connected to the GO2VENT^®, resuscitators or CPAP devices.

APM-Plus™ gives clinicians patient ventilation parameters (PIP, PEEP, Respiration Rate, Inspiratory Time, Expiratory Time, and I:E Ratio) in Resuscitator Mode (for monitoring). It also provides visual alarm display with flashing LED and loud audible alarm based on fully adjustable alarm limits. It is easy to set-up and allows clinicians to have a true value of patient status during ventilation like a full-featured ventilator.
